These Terms & Conditions apply in full to the use of JLPG Casino's website, mobile app, and all associated services. By creating an account or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read and voluntarily accepted these Terms & Conditions.

JLPG's services are strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Use by minors is strictly prohibited. Any account opened by a minor using false information will be terminated and all funds may be forfeited.

JLPG's services are not available in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to comply with the local laws of your country or region.

A valid account is required to use JLPG's services. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination.

• Each individual only One Account Only Multiple accounts under the same person's name are strictly prohibited.
• Different members of the same household may open separate accounts; however, JLPG must be notified in advance if the same device or IP address is being used.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing account access with third parties is not permitted.

JLPG may request additional documents for KYC verification. Failure to submit documents or incomplete verification may delay withdrawals.

All financial transactions on JLPG are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. Use of third-party payment methods may result in account suspension.

• Once a withdrawal request is submitted, JLPG will process it within 72 hours. Delays may occur if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if bonus wagering requirements have not been completed after a deposit.
• JLPG reserves the right to conduct additional verification on any suspicious transactions.

JLPG regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed in the respective offer description. Accepting a bonus also means accepting the specific terms attached to it.

General Bonus Terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (typically 25x–35x). Withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus amount plus the deposit has been wagered the specified number of times.
• Validity period: Each bonus must be used within a specified period after activation (typically 7–30 days).
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses can only be used on specific games. This will be stated in the offer details.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While a bonus is active, the maximum stake per bet is ৳500 (unless otherwise stated).

JLPG reserves the right to void bonuses in any case of suspected abuse. Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or any other dishonest means may result in account closure.

Before participating in any game or betting event on JLPG, you should read the specific rules for that game or event. The following general rules apply across all games:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed after the game has started.
• In the event of a technical issue (network disruption or server problem), JLPG's ruling on the matter is final.
• In Live games, the dealer's decision is final. Results of Live games cannot be appealed except in cases of obvious technical error.
• JLPG uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that is regularly audited by independent third parties.

In Sports Betting, the odds at the time a bet is placed are final. JLPG reserves the right to correct odds in the event of an obvious error, in which case the stake will be refunded.

JLPG is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited on JLPG:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in matched betting.
• Hacking, using bots, or gaining an unfair advantage through any kind of software.
• Demeaning, harassing, or using inappropriate language toward other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
• Exploiting platform bugs or technical glitches for dishonest gain.

JLPG takes the protection of your personal data extremely seriously. Information collected at the time of registration is used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and compliance with legal obligations.

JLPG never sells your personal data to third parties. If disclosure is required by law or a regulatory authority, JLPG will make reasonable efforts to notify the member.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting JLPG directly. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

JLPG may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Violating the terms and conditions or engaging in prohibited activities.
• KYC verification is incomplete or fraudulent documents have been submitted.
• Prolonged inactivity (no login for more than 12 months).
• When a member voluntarily requests self-exclusion under the responsible gambling policy.

JLPG strives to deliver the highest quality of service; however, certain situations may arise that are beyond JLPG's control. JLPG is not liable for the following:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Service disruptions caused by issues with the member's own device or software.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, war, pandemic), services may be suspended.

JLPG's total liability shall never exceed the total balance held in the member's account.

JLPG reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes in advance via email or in-app notification.

Updated terms take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the service following any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
